Why you need to know
Administrators use Group Policy to perform all policy management tasks with the exception of configuring individual policy setting in Group Policy Objects themselves. This is done with Group Policy Object Editor.
1:Login Domain Controller
2: To launch Group Policy Management, go to Start Search and type gpmc.msc
3: Select Default Domain Policy profile from the left pane and click Settings under Default Domain Policy.
4:Click to expand Security Settings, right-click on Account Policies/Password Policy and click Edit from the context menu. Here you can configure the Password Policies for domain user accounts.
5:Expand Policies > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Account Policies and click Password Policy. As soon as you click on Password Policy, you will see the Policy and its Policy Settings .
6:Set the Password Policies according to your policy. To edit, right-click on the policy and click Properties.
7: You can change as you want to do.
